GroundWorX may receive information you choose to provide when you request a consultation, send an email, or schedule through our booking provider. This may include your name, contact details, scheduling information, and the fitness goals you choose to share.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule services, provide coaching, maintain client relationships, and operate the business. GroundWorX does not sell personal information.

Service Providers

Scheduling and other site functions may be provided by third parties, including Acuity Scheduling. Information submitted through those services is also subject to their privacy practices.

Client Stories and Photographs

Testimonials, photographs, or client stories are published only after the client has approved the content and confirmed permission to publish.

Your Choices

You may contact GroundWorX to request correction or removal of personal information or previously approved testimonial content, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
